Garlic Bubbles

Sick of the same old garlic bread? Try this recipe. You can change the ingredients to suit your taste, but these are fun and different from what your family and friends have seen before.

1 stick butter, melted
3 Tbsp. Garlic powder
3 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp
. Italian seasoning
3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
1 loaf frozen bead dough, defrosted

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in mixing bowl. Add in the chopped garlic and mix well. There will be small clumps. Roll bread out to about 1 inch thick and cut into 48 small pieces. Dip each piece in the melted butter and then roll into the spice mixture. Place 4 pieces side by side in the bottom of a muffin pan. Repeat this until the muffin pan is full. Place a damp towel over the top of the pan and place in the warmed oven until the bread rises. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes (do not wait for the oven to reach 350 degrees before starting the timer because you will overcook the bread.)

These...Oh My... Spicy and flavorful. Nice perfect bite sized treats. These got left out in the open after they were made, and my hand decided that I had to try and eat them all before they cooled. My silly hand wouldn't stop picking them up and shoveling them into my mouth...I don't know what happened. Our own twist on the bubble bread recipe. Served warm on the side with some spaghetti and meat balls, this is a great side kick to any Italian dish.

Just ask. Seriously, it's not a problem. No...really. We might want a reciprocal link or something, but what's the worst that could happen, we say "yes"?
