Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Choco-holic? These chocolate chip chocolate cookies might hold you over. Until the next batch anyway.

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Baking Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Morsels
1/4 cup Butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chunks. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

He Said...

Personally, I could do with a touch less butterscotch. Maybe just a little anyway. Still, you just can't beat chocolate chips, semi sweet chocolate chips, and chocolate dough. Triple threat right there. Very moist and gooey as well...maybe it has something to do with all that Chocolate! One word...CHOCOLICIOUS...I begged and pleaded for chocolate chip cookies and had to force him to make them by sending him the recipe as a reminder. Can't wait to take these to people at work and get them addicted to the ooey gooey goodness.

Just ask. Seriously, it's not a problem. No...really. We might want a reciprocal link or something, but what's the worst that could happen, we say "yes"?
