In large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in the butter and mix until it is coarse.
Toss in the Strawberries until they are coated, and add the milk.
Gently mix until the dough sticks together and make one piece.
Flour your hands and a board. Roll out into about 1/2 thick circle.
Using a floured knife, cut this into 8 or 12 pieces, just like a pie

Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Some serving suggestions include chocolate drizzle, royal icing drizzle, or whipped cream. Garnish with some fresh strawberries.

He Said...

A nice alternative to toast. Perfect for breakfast, just make sure you and yours don't get too attatched to them, strawberries are seasonal, and you really don't want to get up an hour early on Monday to make them before school/work do you? I'm abused. He hasn't made these for me yet. Did I mention I was neglected too?

Just ask. Seriously, it's not a problem. No...really. We might want a reciprocal link or something, but what's the worst that could happen, we say "yes"?
