Karie taught 18 4th and 5th grade students from Aiken Elementary School the basics of cake decorating for their 2010 Enrichment Program. Most students wanted to learn something fun, others want to be chefs when they grow up, and others just like cake. Everyone had a blast and, for Karie, it felt great to share what she loves doing so much. The event was sponsored by the PTA. Here is the thank you letter she received for all her help.
